Project 365: Easter Week
A Picture a day for 365 days...a year's worth of fun!

After a week of Spring Break, it was hard to get back into the swing of things. Still so much to do...especially at school. Prepping for the Standardized tests we'd be taking the next week (which would be tomorrow by now) wore us all out! But, we still managed to fit in some Easter fun and get a few photos in the meantime.

Sunday
Today was "Take Trey back to his dad's, and pick up Molly" day.
A nice little treat for the 75 mile each way ride...

Monday
Today it was back to school..and time to get busy.

Tuesday
Today we received some lovely mail!

Wednesday
Today we started a new Bible study at church.
(I love her studies...and she is from this area, and went to my college just a couple of years before I did!)

Thursday
Today was the day my Crown Club girls delivered the old towels and blankets they'd collected to the local animal shelter. I loaded up my "truck" and away we went!
And on a serious note.....This was also the day we learned that Trey's friend, 16 yr old Hayden, rolled his truck in an accident, was thrown from the vehicle, and suffered skull fractures, bruised lungs, and internal bleeding. He has been in a drug induced coma ever sense, since he's been unresponsive except to pain. There's been brain swelling and a crainiotomy last night...but they are still saying he should pull through. We would appreciate prayers for this young man, whom I've known since he was 4. He's a great kid and this is such a tragedy.
This is him, on the right in the gray, several years ago at a Quiz Bowl competition.

Friday
Today was Good Friday...no school. Molly and I did some running around and went out to lunch. MMMMMMMMM..fried pickles.

Saturday
After spending the night Friday night at my parents, I loaded up with my mom and all my kids and headed to my sister's house in Hot Springs for our annual family Easter brunch and egg hunt.
There will be an entry all about this soon ....but I'll leave you with the cutest little egg hunter I know. My 10 month old nephew, Max. His first Easter.
So...there went another week. They sure do fly.
I had to laugh at Greg yesterday. He was thinking of stuff we need to do before we get married, and it suddenly hit him...there's not much time! *DUH* That's what I've been trying to tell him for months, everytime he's put me off about details I was trying to sort out! MEN! lol
I wish you all a wonderful week...thank you for letting me share mine with you!
I am participating in the 2010 Mommytography 365 Project!
For this year long project I will be posting an image a day.
I am hoping this will...
• help me find new things around me to focus my attention on
• share my world with my friends and family more
Anyone interested in photography can join, no need to be a Mommytographer.

I wish our church would have a Beth Moore study. I am hearing about her studies alot around blogland. I have one of her books but would love to do a study.
Hope Trey's friend is okay. Very sad...I will pray.
