Life In a Small Town

Today is 10 on Tuesday! Our school started a new program yesterday...ROCKSTAR READERS! For every 5 books the students read, they get a big 8"x11" star to write the titles on and it goes up on a wall in the hallway by the BIG WOODEN ROCKSTAR. The goal is for the children to read 100 books. Teachers, too! So...for 10 on Tuesday I decided to list 10 books I'd like to read. 1. What Southern Women Know About Faith 2. Might As Well Laugh About It Now--Marie Osmond 9.Do the Right Thing--Mike Huckabee (I have this one, even got it autographed, but haven't read it yet.) 10. Goldilicious--Victoria Kann So....looks like I need to find some a quiet spot and some extra time, and get busy, huh?

Today is 10 on Tuesday! I missed yesterday's Monday Memory, so the one I thought of will just have to wait til next week. Today's Tuesday 10 is ..... 10 things you have to do today. 1. Get Molly up in about 15 minutes. 2. Get ready for school. 3. Pack my lunch 4. Go to school. 5. Teach 1st grade. 6. Type up the PTO minutes from the last meeting. 7. Start on lesson plans for next week. 8. Take Molly to cheer practice. 9. Pick up supper to bring home after cheer practice (thank goodness for 1/2 price burger Tuesday at Sonic!) 10. Grade papers and get ready for tomorrow. Wow...that was pretty easy. Not a busy day today! I kinda like that. So..what does the day hold for you?
