Thanksgiving our way (PIC HEAVY)
As some of you may remember, my family celebrates Thanksgiving with a brunch each year. We all gathered at my mom's house, each bringing a tasty dish to share...oh, and our kids! It was also Baby Max's 6 month birthday! He's getting so big! Poppa held him while we got things ready. Molly and Mary helped set the kid-table down in the gameroom, altho I think Mary had OTHER ideas for it... *little drummer girl? *caughtcha!! We finished up the cooking... *Mom makes the slumgullion (frenchfries, bacon, and scrambled eggs all mixed together with onions and peppers) and even I helped! Soon all the food was ready: Jeanette's wonderful Creme Brulee French Toast (and that whip cream goes on top of it) My "Cracker Barrel" Hashbrown casserole and the biscuits with both kinds of gravy (regular, and chocolate.
