Thursday's Thoughts--life is good
I guess that's how I feel lately. Life is good. I love the class I have this year. Sure...there are a couple that aggravate me a bit, but then there always are. They are all very sweet kids, a couple just need a LOT of attention. I have an autistic girl in my class this year, so that is keeping things interesting. She's very high functioning, unlike my previous autistic boy from a few years ago. She just does things like hide in the big trashcan we use to store backpacks, and pee on herself most everyday, and throw big screaming fits when she has to leave my room to go to her "other class". She can be very loving, too. I'm enjoying her way more than I'd anticipated. I'm respected at school..other teachers come to me for help. Admins and other support staff come to me for my opinions and help. I love where I work. Married life is FABULOUS. For all his faults he's had over the years, (and some of you know them) I have to say, my hubby is SO loving toward...
