Project 365....how did May get here so fast?

A Picture a day for 365 days...a year's worth of fun!

Wow...what a fast busy week!
They say the older you get the faster time flies....they weren't lying!
Let's see what kept me busy this week:

Sunday-April 25

Mom's bday. I sang in church for her, then afterwards my son Trey drove me all around town (where I lived for 10 years before moving here) to show me how things were different/same. We drove down to see how high the river was from all the rain.
It was pretty high.

Monday-April 26

My daddy had surgery today. Just cataract removal, but with his other health problems, (COPD, emphyzema) it was kinda scary for him. But he did great!

Tuesday-April 27

Back to school...back to routine...back to the never ending supply of meetings.
Today's was Handbook Committee to review and revise our school policies.

365/117
Wednesday-April 28

Choir practice after church

365/118
Thursday-April 29

another 2 hour meeting after school, and progress report day.
My nearly 12 yr old Matthew made straight A's for the first time ever...even beating out his older brother and younger sister on grades..something he's also never done!
Talk about a proud little boy...and a proud momma!

Friday-April 30

Molly's dad picked her up from her school today, so I was able to actually leave my own school at "regular time"..something which almost NEVER happens!

365/120
Saturday-May 1

Today was "Start sorting, tossing, and packing" day. I worked on the "extra bedroom" that is suppose to be the boys' room but they never sleep in, so it's become kind of a storage room for when we need to *hide stuff*.
It took my about 5 hours, but I got rid of 2 bags of garbage, and took not only packed up stuff to Greg's, but stuff for the big yard sale in 2 weeks. All that's left in there is an empty dresser, broken tv, the videogame chair, box of controllers, and the Rock Band drums (cuz the boys may want to use those when they are here this weekend)

AFTER:

So...yes, the week slipped by. Seems like so long ago since last Sunday...but I guess it really wasn't. Just makes me worry about how fast the rest of the month will go before the end of school, wedding, moving all has to be done!

Savor every moment so nothing passes you by!

I am participating in the 2010 Mommytography 365 Project!
For this year long project I will be posting an image a day.
I am hoping this will...

• help me find new things around me to focus my attention on
• share my world with my friends and family more

Anyone interested in photography can join, no need to be a Mommytographer.
