Project 365: starting to get into routine
A Picture a day for 365 days...a year's worth of fun!

Well...a full week of school is behind me, and I am feeling good about this year.
Starting to find my groove, at school at least.
The housework...well, that still leaves something to be desired. Gotta get my schedule under control abit better to get all things done, stop staying at school til 6pm or later....but it'll happen.
Overall, it was a good week, starting out still kinda sick, but ending up with my kids all being home.

SICK AS A DOG DAY
Yes..this was the day I was sick on the couch all day (when I wrote last week's post) I felt horrible.

SUCK IT UP AND GO TO SCHOOL DAY
I couldn't afford to miss a day so early in the year, so I headed to school. Just took things slow and easy.
I had recess duty tho...in the 100 degree heat, but I had to marvel at the mind of my autistic student. She wanted to take out my dustpan sweeper brushes so she could "dig for dinosaur bones". (She's crazy about dinos.) And that's exactly what she did..very slow, methodically, and meticulously.

LEAVE EVERYTHING AT SCHOOL AND SPEND TIME WITH THE FAMILY NIGHT
I did it..I made myself NOT bring any work home. I'd worked on things everynight til 8pm or later, and I realized that was not fair to my family. So I didn't. Tonight anyway.

HAIRCUT DAY
If there's anything I've learned as a parent, it's that when your teenage son asks you to take him to get a haircut, you JUMP ON IT because you may not get that chance again!
So..that was my week! Nothing terribly exciting. Long days, short nights. But a good happy week!
I am participating in the 2010 Mommytography 365 Project!
For this year long project I will be posting an image a day.
I am hoping this will...
• help me find new things around me to focus my attention on
• share my world with my friends and family more
Anyone interested in photography can join, no need to be a Mommytographer.
