Flashback Friday--on the radio

You know you're getting old when the music you grew up with starts getting called "classic" or "the oldies".

I seem to amaze my children when I know all the songs in a movie we're watching, or when they tell me of some "great new song", and it's a remake of somehing I knew as a kid. "Everything old is new again" seems to be an especially true sentiment for music.

I knew all the words to such albums as

I can't STAND Neil Diamond, I liked John Denver, and I LOVED Bread. The only picture I could see of "our" music was Rick Springfield...and 80's music was the BEST, wasn't it? I love Journey, the Eagles, Phil Collins/Genesis, Chicago...lots of 'em.
Hope school's going well for you!
