Backin it up to Saturday

Saturday: kids were on computer late so I didn't get this in before midnight..so I'm just backing up and pretending it's still Saturday night!

We had a great day!
Started off going to yard sales with Molly. We scored 5 pairs of jeans/overalls/capris for $5 and 4 tops for her for $4. I'd gone to a couple sales Friday where I got 3 pairs of shorts and 2 pairs of jeans for the boys for $5, too!! The boys are wearing the same waist size now, so the shorts can be worn by either/both of them.

After the yard sales, I came home and took a short nap, then we went to the pool. We stayed a bit longer than I intended b/c the kids were having fun playing with some other kids, and now the backs of my legs are burned! not the fronts..just the backs! LOL Will have to even that out Monday!

When that fun ended, we came home and I got a shower, and then laid on the love seat watching "New in Town" with Renee Zellwegger (sp?)
Cute...Harry Connick Jr..mmmm!

Then Greg came and got me and we went grocery shopping to get stuff to grill burgers. They've been doing burger shows all week on Food Network and I was craving them!
So..our evening consisted of burgers and dominoes. Hadn't played dominoes since January 2nd!! It was fun.

Sunday will entail Church and a trip to Texarkana to shop for Greg's gifts for Vampira's bday. I offered to run over there and pick them up. I'm just nice like that!

Even tho it was a very nice day, I'm having a hard time coming up with positives about myself. I thought it would be easier..I mean, look at how great I am! (LOL...joking). But it's not that easy! Here goes:

JuPoThiMo
A month of positive thinking
1. I am thrifty. I like to save money wherever I can.
2. I have a faith that never wavers...even in the hard times. I know my God will sustain me and provide for me. (cuz He always does.)
3. I am so loved by my children that sometimes it gets on my nerves! LOL They think they need to be ON me..hugging and kissing on me, all the time. But it just means they love me!! And that is the most important thing.
